What is the estimated delivery time?

If the products is in stock,it will dispatched within a day of order confirmation and payment transfer.

All the products are transported and delivered using the Home Hues delivery network.

While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

If the product is not in stock we will give you options of similar products of same price range.The payment need to be made only after you are convinced with the alternate option.Otherwise you will have to wait for 20 days to get the orginal order delivered.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you:

Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer / insect infestations

For all products that require wall installation, kindly decide prior to the delivery team’s visit on the exact location in your house where you would want to place your product, and instruct the delivery team to fix the product; please ensure that you have taken all necessary approvals prior for any drilling etc. that may be required to fix wall items in your apartment / home

Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to only honor manufacturing defects that may arise when you start using it,which most likely never happens.

How much time will it take your team to reach my home to take measurement?

Our team will be there within 3 days of making the payment.Make sure that someone will be at home to show them the rooms.

Are there any shipment or delivery charges?

For all purchase above Rs 50,000/- we provide free deivery to your home.

What are the payment options homehues provides me?

Payment can be through account tranfer or direct payment.Account details will be send as soon as the order is placed.

What if there is a change in price after the measurement is taken?

If there is change in price ,the amount will be refunded to your account.

Can I choose one or two pieces from an existing sofa.How will it be priced?

How many peices you want,can be mentioned in the order form “specific details”.The price will be quoted as per that.

How can I know if the measurement of the sofa, suits my room space?

For every purchase above 20,000/- we will be sending our team to take on site measurement.The product that you choose will be customized just to fit in perfectly to you room.
